1. Who We Are

CookAIde is an AI-powered recipe transformation tool that helps users adapt recipes for their smart kitchen appliances. We are not affiliated with Vorwerk, Thermomix®, Cookidoo®, or any other appliance manufacturer.

2. Eligibility

To use CookAIde, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

If you're using CookAIde on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

3. Account & Access

You may be required to create an account to use parts of the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Be responsible for any activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our platform
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use CookAIde to violate the rights of others
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Automate use beyond the intended API or interface

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on CookAIde (excluding uploaded recipes or content you own) is protected by copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any recipes, images, or input you provide. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and transform this content as part of our Service.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features are paid. When you upgrade:

• You agree to the pricing, billing period, and payment method shown at checkout
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You may cancel anytime, and access will continue until the end of the billing period

No refunds are guaranteed unless required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

CookAIde integrates with tools like:

• Supabase (authentication, storage)
• Stripe (billing)
• Cookidoo® (for recipe export, if connected by you)

We're not responsible for third-party content, data practices, or downtime.

8. Disclaimers

• CookAIde is provided "as is."
• We do not guarantee that recipes will be error-free or suitable for your dietary or health needs.
• Use common sense and check all cooking instructions and ingredients before use.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Vorwerk, Thermomix®, or Cookidoo®.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• CookAIde is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe you've violated these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Romania.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on the website or sent to your registered email. Continued use of CookAIde after changes means you accept them.
